Please make better controls and better surroundings

I am having a hard time controlling the character due to the poor controls. I suggest that you should add arrows to control the character. I believe that would be much easier to control the character.
Now to the surroundings, the bouncy blood cells on the walls/floors are not really helping to get to the top of the hill.
